At Aroma360, we want you to be completely satisfied with your scent experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused diffusers and unopened fragrance oils.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused diffuser or unopened oil bottles in their original packaging to ensure the products remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
