Yes, all Aroma360 fragrance oils are IFRA compliant and free from parabens, phthalates, and synthetic additives. When used as directed, our scents are completely safe for homes with children and pets.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped.
Can I return a diffuser if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused diffusers in their original packaging. Please note that fragrance oils are final sale once opened to ensure product integrity and hygiene.
How long does a bottle of fragrance oil last?
On average, a 500mL bottle lasts between 1 to 3 months depending on your diffuser's intensity settings and the daily run-time programmed into your device.
Do you offer professional HVAC installation?
Yes, for our larger whole-home units like the Museum360, we provide professional HVAC installation services to ensure seamless scent distribution throughout your entire ventilation system.
